A New Encoding and Decoding Method for Speeding Up Quantization Using Cache

A new method to speed up quantization based on the relationship between audio frames is presented. The cache is employed to reduce computational complexity and improve quantization speed. Under same quantization condition and quality, this method uses less bits and costs less decoder time.
