On the Secretary Training and Document Management

Document drafting and management are in separately intertwined and usually done by some specific person in an operational environment. Therefore, the quality, self-cultivation and professional skills are crucial and will show significant impact on the quality of document management. In this paper, mainly research and discuss the training of the secretary and the improvement of document management.
