Enterprise information resource is the useful information collection which is gained and accessed in the course of provision-production-sales-service.As its purpose is profit,enterprise information resource never avoids risk,competition,controllability and intellectual property protect.Different stage of enterprise development has different information resource constitution.The paper discusses the constitution of developing stages of cottage industry,handicraft factory,large-scale enterprise monopoly and the group,and strategic alliance and virtual enterprise.It holds that under the environment of INTERNET and WTO,no matter what stage China enterprise is in,the constitution of information resource is comprehensive,complex and dynamic.
