The Infinite Decimal Expansion of the Real Numbers Defined by the Cauchy Sequences of Rational Numbers

We discuss an equivalent of the real numbers defined by the Cauchy sequences of rational numbers,the infinite decimal expansion.We also define the arithmetic operations as well as the order on it and prove that the definitions are consistent with the original ones.
