Based on the system essence of the Air Defense C~3I Architecture,used the method for the evaluation of system efficiency-SEA for reference,according to the transform principle from architecture to Colored Petri Net.the process of evaluation is gotten,at last a example about operation unit is presented to exemplify this process.
