Study on Warehouse & Terminal Information Resource Optimal Allocation Based on IDEF0 Model

In order to demonstrate vividly the operation mode,overall structure and inter-department relationship of the enterprise information resource allocation system,the paper employs IDEF principle to establish an IDEF0 model for Huangpu Warehouse Terminal Co.,Ltd.to deal with the difficulties and problems it encounters in information resource allocation optimization.
