Multi-Project scheduling of enterprise IT project management

Multi-Project management and Project Portfolio Management are key problems in Financial Enterprises. As there are always conflicts concerning the access of shared resources among plans of different projects, the total optimization projects schedule is a key and core precondition. Based on the analysis of financial IT characteristics, a solution extended from Gantt chart is studied to solve the resource-contained multi-project scheduling problem. It will provide a reference to the enterprised in implementing multi-project management and enhance enterprises' core competitivences.
