Improvement Research of COCOMO Estimation Model

Aiming at the deficiency of software sizing by using LOC(line of code),this paper improves the way of LOC.Based on that,this paper also improves the effort formula of COCOMO.According to actual validation,the outcome of estimating cost by this improved formula is more accurate than the old one.
