Safety Analysis on the System of the Long Highway Tunnel Fire Protection

The tunnel fire has tremendous destroying effect. This paper discussed the tunnel traffic environment that will cause the tunnel fire and clearly analyzed the concrete factors resulting in the tunnel fire by taking advantage of the Fault Tree Analysis. It also listed the order of importance degree of the basic events that will cause the tunnel fire. Finally, it put forward some safety measures about fire protection of the long highway tunnel which will be helpful to the fire protection and tunnel design in our country.
