Design and Implementation of Control System in Banknote Disinfectors

The electronic controlling system of the banknote disinfectors has five function modules,including the banknote-loading auto-detecting,the insufficient disinfectant detecting and auto-feeding,the drying temperature auto-controlling,the motor auto-controlling,and the temperature indicating.This paper describes and analyzes the design and process of the function modules in detail,explains the system testing and accomplishing process.The successful achievement of the banknote disinfectors' control system,on the one hand benefit from a national utility model patents that invented in the R D process,but more important it benefits from the design characteristics such as reasonable design,safety reliability,compact structure design with the mechanical structure,easy to use,so that the machine performance can get a better embodiment.
