Land-use data integration based on knowledge

Te high subjective degree of subjective factors appears while integrating land-use maps by manual work,and the integrated rules are difficult to express with precise mathematical language and form,this paper introduced the concepts of integrated knowledge database and inference engine.It proposed the method of automatic integrating land-use data based on knowledge-studying,and then achieved the functions of integration of sporadic surface features,linear features and polygons by inference engine based on integrated knowledge database.At the same time,the importance of man-machine synergy has been also taken into account.It made the computer participate in map integrating process to improve the integration efficiency.
