This paper analyzed the present situatian on GPS measure points,it is discussed the essen-tial of optimal design of GPS turn over to center tray and important characteristics of new designing GPS turn over to center tray.Application circumstances and all right effect of GPS turn over to center tray are depicted briefly on Chongqing city GPS construct.The experiences for coming high precision GPS construct are presented.
