This paper analyzed the necessity of sliding interpolation from the remainder error of Lagrange and Chebyshev polynomial interpolation aspects,and through the specific example obtained that the best interpolation results were equivalent accuracy of the two models.If you choose the appropriate order,sub-millimeter accuracy can be achieved.With the interpolation order increases,the Chebyshev fitting deviation into a series to increase,while the Lagrange interpolation accuracy is not significantly reduce.The deviation of nonsliding algorithm of Lagrange could achieve meter level.The deviation of non-sliding algorithm of Chebyshev could achieve centimeter level.
