Under the practical condition of the construction of Hianan provincial new country cooperative medical treatˉment network system,this paper provides a technique solution for the system based on the BROWSER/SERVER conˉstruction and Internet that has covered the whole Hainan province.It emphasizes the network topology and design outˉlines,as well as the evaluation for this technique solution.
