Optimal Fermentation Conditions of Antagonistic Bacterium Strain BS015 Against Ginseng Rust Root Rot

Fermentation conditions and cultural media of antagonistic bacterium strain BS015 against ginseng rust root rot were optimized with the single factor and orthogonal design method.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were 20%medium volume,5% inoculation volume,pH 7,28～30 ℃.The optimal fermentation medium was composed of sucrose 18 g/L,L-glutamic sodium 12 g/L,beef extract 5 g/L,K2HPO4 4 g/L,MgSO4 1 mg/L,NaCl 3 g/L,MnSO4 5 mg/L.
