With the rapid development of computer networks,using the Internet to transmit,access and exchange of information with increasing frequency.The establishment of the library FTP server is an effective way to improve access to information. FTP server,based on the process of digital libraries play a very important role,but it can not be ignored in the security of network transmission problems and therefore must consider the right university library FTP server safe and effective management,in order to make it a better service in the majority of teachers and students.
