From Methods to Methodology:The Only Way for the Study of Criminalistic Theory

The methodology of investigation,the science or theory of criminal investigation methods, can be divided into two levels.The first level refers to the rules or principles composing the theoretical basis of methodology which play the oriented role on how to apply all kinds of investigation methods and the second level refers to all kinds of investigation methods composing the body of methodology which play an important role in solving cases.The investigation methodology is of great significance for both investigation practice and theory.
