Research on the GIS Application System of Forest Based on Features

Based on the forestry field,a set of software development methods was proposed,which combined feature-orientated domain engineering and object-orientated application engineering.GIS was taken as the infrastructure member.An initial view feature model for forestry GIS application system development was established an and a set of forestry-level GIS application system was realized.During the whole process of software development,the coupled problem of forestry business logic and GIS general business logic was considered,the field commonness and variable features on the abstract level of field were fully dug out.Therefore,the functions of forestry-level GIS application system was more accordant with the forestry business logic,and had a better needs coping capability and stronger reusability.
