The function plays a very important part in the program design, it's related to the quality of software. The API function provided by Windows is worth performing, for it can make the program structural and systematic. In VB program design, the declaration and transference of API are quite different from those of the ordinary user-function and its use is apt to be ignored by the designer. Therefore, it's very important for the VB program design to expound its specific declaration and transference.
