Modern large-scale surveillance systems are designed basically based on network. The key design of monitoring network platform focuses on two aspects: constructing an appropriate network transmission system according to communication protocol and establishing network dialog protocol.Dialogue protocol is not only an important manifestation of monitoring content, but also the basis of device software development for monitoring terminal equipment and monitoring center. This paper further discusses the dialogue protocol design to ensure the system function's reliability, communication efficiency and scalability.
