An Algorithm for the Efficiency and Fairness of TCP Congestion Control

In this paper,Explicit Notification Div.Queue Service(ENDQS) Method is put forward to overcome the unfairness bandwidth share of the low traffic users and the efficiency of network transmission.When the source or router receive the control information of transmission start and end with corresponding traffic types,it will assign the corresponding data rate to the low and high traffic users or merge the idle queue into the busy queue to process the data.Thus the bandwidth share of low traffic gets protected and the utilization of network bandwidth,that’s the efficiency of transmission,gets enhanced.Accordingly,the performance of network gets improved.
