On the pattern of peer review of academic journals

The review process and method of academic journals is one of the important factors to affect the academic quality of journals.The discretion of the academic level of papers is the key of the survival and development of academic journals.Based on the online submission developed by internet with Web technology,the reviewing system can obviously shorten the review cycle and improve the transparency of the whole process of reviewing.Besides,it can play a significant role in strengthening the scientific management of journals and reflecting such characteristics of times as informationization and internetization of academic journals.
