Study of the Copyright in Mobile Publishing

Intellectual property is a balanced mechanism of rights and interests,and it has been developed since modern times. With the rapid development of information technology,mobile publishing also has broad prospects as a new publishing format. However,it will bring about problems to the traditional theory and practice of copyright. And so is the protection of copyright. Mobile Publishing are exploring its own way constantly,as to protect the copyright dynamically. We hope we can find the balance among the holder,the user and the public interests in the fields of Mobile Publishing.
