This paper studies the application of higher-ordered statistics(mainly third-order accumulated values)in signal detection. The algorithm of signal detection is explored using higher-order accumulated values.By use of the zero mean characteristic of higher-order accumulated values of Gauss noise, simulations are conducted with the input signals of SNR=20dB and SNR=0dB in computer, and the results are compared with the original signals, indicating that the new method is better.
