Greatchanges have taken place in Agent Technology for development of software in recent years. This technology offers a new model for the conception, design and realization of software system. Multi-Agent and Organization Decision Support System (ODSS) are also the focus of research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and System Engineering. On the study of Multi-agent and ODSS, OrganizationDecision Support System based-on Multi-agent is designed and researched in this paper.
