Talking about the Lightning-protection Mechanism of the Ancient Buildings in Datong, Shanxi

Less ancient buildings in Datong, Shanxi, were struck by lightning, the main reason is to adopt the insulation method and the lightning-arrester-like device. And for the different buildings and in the different periods, the emphases of adopted lightning-protection measures are different. Connecting with the results of the on-the-spot inspection of the ancient buildings in Datong, Shanxi, this paper probes into the lightning-protection mechanism of the ancient buildings in Datong, Shanxi.
