The technology of integrated information portal is one of the solutions to the information silo.The portal based on special markets is received more attention.The portal, the features and the development of information portal are introduced.An architecture layout of the integrated portal based on E-business is given by using the technology of society and the concept and methodology of comprehensive integrated system.It also shows a design of the functions of the portal information system.At last, an application of the solution based on the practice is given.
