Nowadays there are kinds of the optimizing arithmetic in different Net-Optimizing Software. And the arthmetic which base on the Performance Data is the best to show the quality of the Communication.By count for the Cells' KPI in some period,we can know whether the communication is stable in the period in the area.we can make use of Net-Optimizing Tools to recover the Net Config. And the most important is that the users can define the different of the KPI to apply in the Optimise arithmetic. So it is very flexible. We can import the Radio Data to the system from the OMC-R,and define the differenet KPI according to the local policy. So,it is easier, more compatible and flexible than others.
