Application of artificial immunity system to geochemical anomaly

Ling Chen · Progress in geophysics · 2009

The noise of geochemical elements in survey data decreases the accuracy of the determination of geochemical anomaly.and have drawn the anomaly isopleths graph. By processing the survey data from 1:50000 hydrographic deposits in Hengxingcuo of Tibet, this article indicates the availability and reliability of using Artificial Immunity System (AIS) in the noise reduction processing on geochemical anomaly. This anomaly formed clear morpha with high intensity. The circle anomaly eliminated most kinds of error anomaly, made the main mineral anomaly prominent, and reflected remarkably the mineral body distributing. Especially the anomaly completely overlapped the porphyry Mo and Cu in Hengxingcuo, and, to some extend, mapped the boundary and the morpha characteristics.
