Contour Correspondence from Slices Based on 3D Reconstruction of Cross-Section Images

We studied the contour loops correspondence of mechanical parts based on its slicing images. We present a new method of corres pondence based on level coding of contour in this paper. Every material region i s firstly designated a level code, and then the contour loops correspondence be tween slices is realized by creating a shared ratio table.
