A new efficient hierarchy of proxy authorization

Aiming at the problems that the first-level proxy signer can not continue to authorize the others in some cases in the digital signature schemes,the system of proxy authorization was researched and a hierarchy of proxy authorization scheme was proposed.The first-level proxy signer not only can be authorized by the original signer,but also can continue to authorize others under the agreement.The new system has higher security and can be easily carried out.
