The credit card is borrowed term from foreign countries, which has become so popular in our mind that we can hardly do in our life with it that we seem to be obvious of the fact that it was once so strange or even abstract. Popular usage and relative shortage of relevant knowledge about the credit card for most people in their daily life make it for some criminals to commit the crime of swindling. The thesis, therefore, makes some research into the following aspects in relation to how to define the crime of fraud on credit card: both objective and subjective aspects, object, criminal amount as well a criminal patterns.
