With the progress of science and technology,the new communication tool of micro-blog sweeps across the life of people.As the main force of micro-blog groups,college students were influenced greatly,which brought a new challenge to how to use the micro-blog to begin university career education and career guidance work.This article researched the current situation and the existing problems,and probed into the countermeasures,based on the important impact of the micro-blog respectively to universities,enterprises and college students.
