Intelligent Decision Support System Based on the RBF Network Model in Coagulating Treatment

An Intelligent Decision Support System based on the RBF network model(RBFIDSS) is recommended to control the chemical dosing in coagulating treatment of water.Introductions on the construction,function and the core system of this system are conducted,as well as the principles and realization methods for RBF network model system and Expert System(ES).The practical operation results show that this system can make sure the dosage in real time and the turbidity of the outflow water in the sediment tank is more rational,compared to the conventional SCD system.
