New platform of networks parallel computing

The normal ways to deal with networks parallel computing programming are hard to the freshman. How to divide the users task into several parts and then distribute them to different CPUs and how to communicate between the CPUs maybe need the genius. In view of improving the parallel programming environment, the new framework of networks parallel computing is put forward. The realization of some structures of the platform is explained. The platform consists of task description, task scheduling and tasks control and schedule process. The new framework of networks parallel computing is tried to let the system to deal with these difficult problems, and the user just submits the data and operates them.
