Through the analysis on the developing condition of document delivery service,the office staff situation,the application of document delivery system,and the document delivery quantity in CALIS Document Information Service Center of Qinghai Province,this paper probes into the problems existing in and improvement countermeasures for the document delivery service of CALIS Document Information Service Center of Qinghai Province.
