Through setting up the development model in the software lifecycle, this paper studied the difference between nowadays software engineering and practical demands.Used the scripts that based on XML,presented an effective transaction processing software design model. It realized that the users' functional requirement changed to the demands of form flow, event flow and data flow, which could dynamically configure and reconfigure different transaction processing software.Based on the model, set up information-centered enterprise transaction-integrated processing system(ICETIP) flat.At last, analyzed the flat architecture and middle script.Their feasibility and applicability show that it can be adjusted according to new requirements without any more programming.
