A study of intra and extra characters of music

An analogy might exist between the experience a listener acquires from music and human's character which possesses intra or extra expression.These elements might make the listener produce mentally intra and/or extra characters and present different meanings of expression bounded by different historical and cultural conditions.This paper compares and analyzes the expressions of musical characters and tries to explain how music might reflect intra/extra characters.
