Projects management is the core contents of agricultural scientific research management. In order to strengthen the project efficiency of the agricultural scientific research management,from the perspective of scientific research managers,the working contents of the different stages that the anterior declaration of the project,the declaration of the project establishment and the management implementation were summed up,some abilities the project managers should possess were put forward in follow four aspects,the professional knowledge reserved and the information collecting ability,the declartation materials compile ability,the coordination and the communication ability,the basic computer operation and the financial knowledge,for the scientific research managers as a reference in the work.
