Effectiveness Assessment for Air Defense C~3I System Based on MADM

This paper introduces the definition of the effectiveness for air defense C~3I system and the processing procedure of the effectiveness assessment. The effectiveness index system is established by expert group decision. In view of the diversity effectiveness index, the method based on multiple attribute decision making (MADM) for effectiveness assessment is proposed. The processing procedure of MADM method is given by an instantiation. It is efficient to solve the complicated and difficult problem of effectiveness assessment for air defense C~3I system. The availability of the method is verified by simulation results.
