Regression Expression of the Confidence Lower Bounds for Reliability in the Weibull Distribution or Extreme-value Distribution

In case of type II censoring, BLUEs for the location parameter and scale parameter for the extreme-value distribution are given. And the regression model between point estimation and confidence bound for reliability in the Weibull distribution are provided. So with the point estimation of reliability for the Weibull distribution and according to the regression equation, the confidence lower bound for reliability are secured so as to save lots of tables and bring great convenience to our practical workers. The computing result shows that the regression equation has high precision.
