Nand Flash Controller Based on PicoBlaze

A novel method for Nand Flash controller based on PicoBlaze is presented in this paper.PicoBlaze is the 8-bit embedded micro-controller IP Core which is developed by Xilinx Corp.The concept and the realization method of PicoBlaze are introduced firstly.Thereby,operations such as read,program and erase for Nand Flash based on the IP Core of PicoBlaze are presented in detail.The new method can save cost and can be realized facilely.
