On the Evaluation Methods of Digital Reference Services

In this article, the author undertakes a study on the evaluation methods of digital reference services. The evaluation methods of traditional face-to-face reference services can be used for reference in digital reference services. In addition, because of its new characteristics, digital reference services also has some new evaluation methods. At the end of this article, the author discusses several problems that must be paid attention to in evaluating digital reference services.
