Identification and control of hazard sources during excavation of headrace tunnels for hydropower projects

For hazard source identification and safety management during excavation of power source station headrace tunnel,safety management personnel take tunnel blasting and collapse in sections of poor geological conditions as major hazard sources for control.During construction,major risks were monitored on site through evaluation of risk factors of operating conditions and taking measures for control of major risks,which effectively prevent various accidents during headrace tunnel excavation and achieve the purpose of construction safety.
