The expression of signal with orthogonal wavelet packet is mathematically graceful and succinct,but the proved fact is that the whole members of frthogonal can not be reconstructed without distortion.This paper proposes a kind of semi-orthogonal wavelet packet——BWavelet Packet,which has generalizing linear phase, and with which the reconstructed signal can be carried out without distortion.This point is very important in signal processing on engineering.The example of this paper has also evidenced the strong points of B_wavelet packet.
