A fuzzy comprehensive assessment method of teachers′achievement at military colleges

Based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory, a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of teachers′ achievement at military colleges is built up. A new method to determine the weight of assessment index is introduced. It makes fuzzy assessment fairer, more comprehensive, reasonable and accurate. The assessment example shows that the method is valid and effective.
