RMAN Backup,Recovery and Optimization Based on Oracle 10g

Objective To realize rapid backup and recovery based on Oracle 10g.Methods The optimal backup recovery scheme was developed on the bases of RMAN tool and new characteristics of Oracle 10g.Results The rapid backup and recovery of Oracle 10g database were realized without the hardware upgrade.Conclusion Scientific configuration of RMAN parameters and optimized backup scheme contribute a lot to the enhancement of backup recovery and availability of the database.
