Research of the Applications in Assessment Schemes to Guarantee the Oil Support

The purpose of this thesis is to find a method in choosing a more optimizing and reasonable scheme from a lot of assessment schemes with respect to the ability to guarantee the oil support. The thesis introduces the concept of compatibility degree, makes the model of maximizing compatibility degree, builds the optimizing system in respect of the assessment scheme to guarantee the oil support, on the basis of the model. And the authors apply this optimizing system and get the most optimizing assessment scheme finally from four assessment schemes born during the course of the ability assessment to guarantee the oil support of six unites by circulating, comparing and choosing . The exercise indicates that the optimizing system on the basis of the maximizing quantization model to optimize the assessment scheme with respect to the ability to guarantee the oil support is correct and reasonable
