Research purposes:This article put forward that disaster prevention and safety monitoring system as a latest, integrated system for natural disaster monitoring and precaution is one of the most important technical measure to ensure the train of special railway for passenger transport moving safely with high speed. By now there hasn't any example of design and application of this system, so we urgently need a integrated resolved scheme. Research methods: This article combind with the related railway project provides the design scheme for DPSMS, analysed and researched the composing, monitoring function and system setting etc. of the disaster prevention and safetymonitoring system in detail. Research conclusions: This article gives a integrated resolved scheme for DPSMS, and offers some beneficial references to the system design and construction of special railwang for passenger transport in China.
