Research and design of mobile vehicle monitoring system

Adapting to the situation of flood control,the paper applies the Global Position System and the Geographic Information System technology to a distributed vehicle monitoring instance,which is based on Web/Browser structure,and does some fundmental attempts for mobile GIS,as a future GIS research trend.
